DeVilbiss JGA HD conventional suction feed air spray guns are built to withstand continuous production line spray painting duty. The DeVilbiss JGA HD suction feed air spray gun bodies are produced in drop forged aluminium, which improves strength and reduces weight, and are built for easy maintenance by the spray gun
operator. DeVilbiss JGA HD atomising air caps, fluid tips and fluid needles are precision engineered to produce finely atomised patterns with first class material distribution throughout the spray pattern.

The DeVilbiss JGA HD suction feed air spray guns are available with either 1.6mm or 1.8mm setup and there are two different atomising air caps fitted to these DeVilbiss suction feed air spray gun models.

Atomising air cap number C1 is fitted to the 1.6mm model and is recommended for use with 2.5 to 3 bar or 36 to 44 psi inlet air pressure and at 3 bar will flow between 250 to 300 litres per minute or 9 to 11 scfm of compressed air.

Atomising air cap number C2 is fitted to the 1.8mm model and is recommended for use with 2.5 to 4 bar or 36 to 58 psi inlet air pressure and at 3 bar will flow between 255 to 400 litres per minute or 9 to 14 scfm of compressed air.
